PVC Jump with 5 heights and displaceable bars

These are a set of plans for a displaceable PVC jumps with all five AKC jump heights
(Note: heights are close but not exact.
I am not sure if they would hold up to extreme weather
or dogs that were really rough on them, but they are great for my dogs.

Step
1.
If
you dont want writing, clean your PVC first! Cut all the PVC sections. Whee!
Step 2. Jumpcups
There are two ways to cut the 12 jump cups from 1"Tees (leave 4 Tees intact!).
If you are gluing the PVC, you can cut the Tees into jump cups after assembling
the
Sides.
I
dont measure. Make the first cut like this about 1/3 to Ό of the way
Then
the second cut take the piece off
like this
The
final result looks like this

Step 3. Assemble the Feet.
Make
2.
These
should lay flat on the floor with the Tee on the end sticking up.
Tees are green, PVC sections are yellow and endcaps are blue.
If you are gluing, glue as you go.

Step
4. Assemble the Sides. Make 2.
Be careful to get the Tees lined up.
Also wherever there is a 1.75 piece the two Tees should touch.
If
they dont I bang it on the floor.
Step
5. Put the side in the foot.
Step
6. Put the sides Together.

Step 7. Add bars.
You may need to cut an inch or so off the bars so they displace easily.
If you want them with tape, add that now.
