Weaves

If you have one piece of equipment make it weaves. You really have to practice these.

Sets of four are nice for indoors, and sections of 6 are great for outdoors.

The regular PVC weaves are a great first project!

Stick in the ground weaves

Suggestions for the easy sort of outdoor weaves.  Disadvantages include can be a pain to move, and if you have very hard soil can be difficult.

And of course, outdoors only!

Regular PVC Weave Plans

If you don't glue them, you can slant them.

However, they will drive you nuts by falling over, apart etc.

They can be broken by hard weavers.

Regular Wooden Base Weaves

I really like these, and they aren't hard to build. But If you live near PA consider buying these as an alternative.

Slant (weave-a-matic type) Flag-pole holder base Weaves

These can be tilted, but won't stand up to hard weavers.

Offset Regular Weaves

These poles have a 2" offset. I really like them as a training set after your dog pretty much has it.

Suggestions for weave guides

Channel PVC Weave Plans

I really like these. They are great for teaching dogs.

Flexible Weaves From Flashpaws -

These really aren't that hard, and they are great but they are now only legal in UKC.

I made some minor changes detailed here  Also Price list and construction photos! .
